With the rapid expansion of our B2B wholesale network, we are looking to partner with independent, well-connected sales agents to represent our collections in key European regions.

Position Overview: B2B Sales Agent

·       Type: Independent Sales Agent / Commercial Representative

·       Compensation: Commission-only (no fixed salary)

·       Contract: Long-term cooperation possible

·       Territory: Exclusive or semi-exclusive by region

Main Responsibilities

·       Develop and expand B2B wholesale sales within your designated region.

·       Introduce Cavalliera collections to equestrian boutiques, tack shops, competition centres, distributors, and online retailers.

·       Build and manage your own client portfolio.

·       Present collections via digital channels, samples, or showroom visits where applicable.

·       Negotiate wholesale orders and seasonal pre-orders.

·       Act as a local brand ambassador.

·       Provide market feedback regarding pricing, trends, and competitor insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

·       Has existing contacts in the equestrian or sports retail market.

·       Currently working as a sales agent, brand representative, distributor, or equestrian professional with a business network.

·       Understands B2B wholesale sales processes.

·       Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.

·       Fluent in English and the local language.

·       Comfortable working with commission-only income.

·       An equestrian background (e.g., rider, trainer, retailer, groom, stable owner) is a strong advantage.

·       Commission paid on invoiced and collected orders.

·       No cap – your income grows with your performance.
