Position Overview – B2B Sales Agent

  • Type: Independent Sales Agent / Commercial Representative
  • Compensation: Commission-only (no fixed salary)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand B2B wholesale sales within your designated region.
  • Introduce Cavalliera collections to boutiques, tack shops, distributors, and retailers.
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio.
  • Present collections via digital channels, samples, or showroom visits.
  • Negotiate wholesale orders and seasonal pre-orders.
  • Act as a local brand ambassador.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and competitors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Existing contacts within equestrian or sports retail markets.
  • Experience as a sales agent, distributor, or equestrian professional.
  • Understanding of B2B wholesale sales processes.
  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
  • Comfortable with commission-only income structure.
  • Equestrian background is a strong advantage.
