Where can I check the status of my order?

When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail that contains a tracking number, so you can check the status of your order on the website of the shipping company.

How can I change or return an item purchased online?

You can change or return your order by post within 30 days from receiveng.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order via phone whiting 24 hours after it is placed, but we kindly ask you to contact our customer service in any case because we are willing to fulfill every possible wish and changes until your package leaves the warehouse.

I have a promotional code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

When you arrive at the order summary, please give the code of voucher or promotional code!

Only one Gift voucher or promotional code may be used per purchase.

I have not received all the items in my order, the parcel or the products are defective. What should I do?

Please, contact our Customer Service
We will ask for your transaction ID and the parcel ID provided by the carrier company, and in case of any damage, please send us some photos and a short description!

I haven’t received my order. What sould I do?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, the shipping company will send you an e-mail containing the estimated delivery time and the tracking number of the parcel, so you can follow the actual status of your order on their website. If you do not receive your order, please contact directly the shipping company, they can help you by the tracking number.

In which countries is shipping available?

Presently, products can be shipped to all European Union countries, much of Asia, and to the Unites States and Canada.

Is there a shop where I can by your products in person?

In Stores menu you can find the list of those stores who distribute Cavalliera products. But please take into consider that the whole range of products is available only in our online shop!
