Cavalliera Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Cavalliera Affiliate Program operated by Cavalliera International Kft.. By applying to or participating in the Cavalliera Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with the following terms.

2. Affiliate Eligibility
The Cavalliera Affiliate Program is not open to the general public. Participation is limited to approved partners only, subject to manual approval by Cavalliera International Kft.
There is no strict age restriction, however participants under the age of 18 must provide verifiable parental or legal guardian approval.
Cavalliera reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Program Participation
Approved affiliates receive access to the affiliate platform where they may obtain referral links, marketing materials, and performance reports.
Affiliates may promote Cavalliera products through:
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing
- Blogs and SEO content
- Paid advertising campaigns
All promotions must maintain the premium brand positioning of Cavalliera.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on completed purchases made through their affiliate links.
- Standard Affiliate: 15%
- Premium Affiliate: 20%
- Top Ambassador: 25%
Affiliate tiers are determined solely by Cavalliera International Kft. and may change at any time.
5. Referral Tracking
Affiliate referrals are tracked using browser cookies.
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Attribution model: Last-click attribution
The most recent affiliate link clicked before a purchase receives the commission.
6. Commission Qualification
Commissions are earned only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The order has been successfully paid
- The order has been delivered
- The return period has expired
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will not generate commission.
7. Commission Exclusions
No commission will be paid on:
- Discounted items
- Returned products
- Cancelled orders
- Gift cards or vouchers
8. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are processed monthly once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Minimum payout amounts:
- PayPal: USD 10
- Bank Transfer: USD 100
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Store credit (coupon)
9. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Cavalliera through:
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Blogs and SEO content
- Paid advertising campaigns
The following are not permitted:
- Coupon or discount aggregation websites
- Unauthorized discount promotions
- Spam or unsolicited marketing
10. Brand Usage
Affiliates may:
- Use official Cavalliera logos
- Create their own advertisements
Affiliates may not:
- Modify official Cavalliera product images
- Misrepresent the brand
- Create misleading promotions
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fake or fraudulent orders
- Spam promotion
- Bidding on the Cavalliera trademark in paid search advertising
- Misleading advertising practices
Violation may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
12. Marketplace & Resale Restrictions
Participation in the affiliate program does not grant resale rights.
Affiliates may not:
- Sell Cavalliera products directly
- Act as resellers or distributors
- List Cavalliera products on marketplaces such as Amazon
13. Program Termination
Cavalliera International Kft. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
Upon termination:
- Affiliate links will be deactivated
- All valid unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the payment terms
14. Limitation of Liability
Cavalliera International Kft. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program.
15. Program Changes
Cavalliera International Kft. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, commission structures, or program rules at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the website and will become effective upon publication.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
