In case of product returns/changes from non-EU states we strongly recommend you to contact our customer service. Please consider formal and administrative requirements when sending us back an order from a non-EU country, otherwise we cannot receive your package. Please send your invoice and the Return Application Form with your return package. We kindly ask you to write on the package 'RETURN'.
In case of improper sending, we have to send you back your order until your package complies with the NON EU - EU return policy.

You can return your item by post.
We must refund you within 14 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Did you pay Cash on delivery? In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, the account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
