Returns
For products manufactured based on custom requirements, the option to withdraw is not available. However, the same repair warranty applies to the product as it does to any other product.
In case of product returns/changes from non-EU states we strongly recommend you to contact our customer service. Please consider formal and administrative requirements when sending us back an order from a non-EU country, otherwise we cannot receive your package. Please send your invoice and the Return Application Form with your return package. We kindly ask you to write on the package 'RETURN'.
In case of improper sending, we have to send you back your order until your package complies with the NON EU - EU return policy.

You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund.

PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible.
On the delivery note you will see a label with the return address, which you should attach to your parcel.
If you cannot find it in your parcel, send it to the following address:

SEND THE ITEM
To do so, go to the post office and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Cavalliera International Kft. will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
The change or refund will be processed 3 to 12 working days after we receive your parcel.

Exchanges
If you would exchange the product, please contact our Customer Service (link).
If this size or model is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.
Returns Conditions

Right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the reception of their order, to exercise their right to cancel their purchase.
If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal, you should notify us by letter via e-mail, post or fax.

You can return your item by post.
Refunds
We must refund you within 14 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Did you pay Cash on delivery? In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, the account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
