Your access to, use of or the purchase through the Website constitutes the agreement of you to be bound by the GTC and any other rules posted on the Website. The user of the Website (including the Webshop) shall be over the age of 18.

Please review our other policies posted on the Website as well. If any of the conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

We may modify the GTC from time to time. Modifications shall be effective upon being posted on the Website. If you are not agree with the GTC or with the modifications please do not use the Website.

All content of the available Website, including, but not limited to designs and layouts, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, written contents, logos, sounds, videos, softwares is trademarked or copyright protected.
Without the prior consent of the owner you may not use, modify, reproduce, publish, store, display, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display content of the Website in whole or in part.

The sale contract is concluded in Budapest, Hungary and the language of the contract is English. Your contract is a non-archived one.

Please note that all content of the Website is the property of CAVALLIERA INTERNATIONAL KFT. and CAVALLIERA INTERNATIONAL KFT. shall have the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit in their sole discretion any reproduction, publication, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, in whole or in part of the Website.

1. The products and the prices

Our products – with the main characteristics of CAVALLIERA – made in EU and meet the requirements of the corresponding market standards.

Please note that the products (colours, material) on the Website may not exactly are shown as they are in real life due to the internet browser or monitor used.

The prices of our products are shown on the Website are in EUR/USD and are inclusive of VAT of Hungary (but exclusive of delivery costs), unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not applicable. The prices are valid at the time of the order. May any error occur in the respect of the prices or the quantity of the stock, we reserve the right for the correction and we are not obliged to deliver. We will send you a correction email or contact you immediately after identifying the error. In this case, you are entitled to verify your order or cancel the your order.
We kindly ask you contact your local customs authority to determine cost prior to purchase completion.

2. Your account

In order to use some functions of the Website, you are required to register. The information is given by you, has to be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects at all time. We may use the information provided by you only for the purposes of the Website supported by the law.

You are able to choose and order the products of the Webshop through the use of the Website. May you click the product, you will see detailed specifications of the products. May you intend to buy the product, please put it into the basket. Before paying, you can check your payment duties, our expected shipping dates. After having the information, you are entitled to modify your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order of you placed on the Website. We also reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item. Both cases you will be kindly informed of it on the contacting adresses you provided us. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information of the Website is inaccurate at any time.

3. Acceptance of your order

After your order has been placed on the Webshop, you will receive an email about the details of the order within 24 hours your order has been placed. This email confirms the accaptance of your email but do not means the acceptance of your order. May you not get our email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
You are able to make correction on the data you have been placed, before you order our product.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and the Webshop will be completed when we email you to confirm the product has been dispatched.

4. Payment

Payment can be made by any methods which are clearly placed on the Website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, our Webshop uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to the Webshop we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

6. Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return it 14 (fourteen) days from the day that the product was delivered to you. In the case of returning the product, 1) please attach your ‘Returns note’ (find form and further information in Returns menu), 2) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged, the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components).

Please note that we can deny to refund the money if the product is in unexceptionable condition in the respect of quality and quantity (may volume discount applied). If the conditions are performed, we are happy to return you the value of your order (the product invoiced price) based upon the original payment method or by the indicated way within 30 days from the day handing over the product. The costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during delivery.

7. Delivery

8. Limitation of liability

The features of the Website and the Webshop (with related services) is provided to you at the moment as "they are available" and as "they are" on the Website.

The Customers shall have the proper skills for using, browsing, placing order on the Website. The Customer expressly agree that the use of the Website is at his/her own risk. CAVALLIERA INTERNATIONAL KFT. excludes any liability, including but not limited to 1) any errors in the network, 2) communication line failures, 3) due to any reasons on Customer‘s side

CAVALLIERA INTERNATIONAL KFT. makes no warranties of any kind as to operation of the Website (Webshop) services, content, products (softwares as well) or others on the Website.

9. Others

In connection with the Website (including but not limited Webshop, GTC) the Hungarian Law shall govern and the Hungarian Courts have competence in jurisdiction.
In the case of any discrepancies, the obligatory provisions of the Hungarian Law shall govern.

11. TRADEMARKS

The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the "TRADEMARKS") displayed on the Properties are registered and unregistered Trademarks of CAVALLIERA (or other rights holders) and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause customer confusion, or that disparages or discredits CAVALLIERA or the applicable rights holder. You do not receive, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Properties without our prior written permission.

We will enforce our Trademark rights to the fullest extent of the law, including by seeking of criminal prosecution.

12. RIGHTS IN MATERIALS

As between you and CAVALLIERA, CAVALLIERA owns the Properties, all the content (including, for example, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, copy, software, etc.), code, data and materials on the Properties, and the look and feel, design and organization of the Properties. This includes all intellectual property and proprietary rights in these materials. When you use or download the Properties you do not acquire any ownership of any such content, code, data or materials.

The Properties are only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of the Properties, or any content, code, data or materials on the Properties, unless you have received our prior written permission.

Except as we expressly permit, you may not download, display, copy, distribute, modify, perform, transfer, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content, code, data or materials on the Properties. Doing so may violate or infringe copyright and other laws of Hungarian Republic and other countries, as well as applicable local and state laws, and may subject you to liability for such unauthorized use.
