Please use our services only if you agree with all of its provisions and consider them binding upon you. This document is not filed, is concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not constitute a written contract), and does not refer to any code of conduct.

1. Basic provisions
Matters not regulated in these Terms, as well as their interpretation, shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and certain issues of information society services. Mandatory provisions of applicable legislation shall apply to the parties without special stipulation.
These GTC are valid from April 16, 2016 and apply to orders and purchases made via the webshop between Seller and Buyer (hereinafter: Buyer/User/Consumer). They do not apply to previously concluded contracts and remain valid until revoked. Any deviation is only valid if agreed in writing by both parties. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms without reservation. The Buyer acknowledges that a sales and delivery contract is created between the Buyer and Seller upon completion and payment of the order. The contract is concluded upon payment and terminated upon proper performance by the Seller.

By accessing or browsing the webshop, the User accepts these Terms as binding, even without registration. If the User does not accept them, they are not entitled to use the website.
The Service Provider reserves all rights to the website, its content, and distribution. Any downloading, storing, processing, or resale of content without written consent is prohibited.
2. Data protection

3. Purchase conditions
Purchases can be made with registration, login, or without registration.
By purchasing or registering, the User accepts these GTC and the Privacy Policy and consents to data processing.
The User must provide accurate personal data. False or third-party data renders the contract invalid. The Service Provider is not liable for misuse of data.
The Seller is not responsible for errors due to incorrect user data or password misuse.
Prices displayed are gross prices including VAT but excluding shipping.
Information on the website is for informational purposes only; the Seller reserves the right to correct errors and modify prices.
In case of clearly incorrect pricing (e.g. €0 or €1), the Seller is not obliged to fulfill the order at that price.
4. Order process
Products can be selected via categories or search. By clicking "ADD TO CART," items are placed in the cart.
The cart can be reviewed and modified before checkout. After entering data and selecting payment, the Buyer proceeds to payment.
A) Online card payment
Payments are processed securely via OTP Bank. The webshop does not access card data.
B) PayPal payment
Users are redirected to PayPal to complete payment.
C) Bank transfer
Bank details are sent by email. Payment must be made within 48 hours.
The Seller may cancel orders if products are unavailable and will refund or offer alternatives.
5. Delivery
Delivery is handled by courier services. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days domestic, 3–7 days within the EU.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without justification under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after return.
7. Warranty
The Seller is liable for defective performance according to applicable laws.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via phone, email, or mail.
10. Copyright
All website content is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
11. Code of conduct
The Seller is not subject to any code of conduct.
