2. Prices & Taxes

All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and any other applicable taxes. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) are gross prices.

The Buyer is solely responsible for:

• VAT settlement
• Customs clearance
• Import duties and related destination-country costs

3. Incoterms & Shipping

Incoterms: EX WORKS (EXW).
Risk transfers to the Buyer upon collection from Seller’s premises. Shipping and customs costs are fully borne by the Buyer.

4. Payment Terms

100% advance payment plus shipping is required at order placement. Orders become binding only after funds are received. All advance payments are non-refundable.

5. Minimum Order & Starter Package

No mandatory minimum order value applies for Retail Partners.

Recommended commercial starter capsule:

• 1 Show Jacket (full size assortment)
• 2 Show Shirts:
  • 1 Long-sleeved
  • 1 Short-sleeved

Distributor Partners must meet a minimum €5,000 order value and receive exclusive territorial rights under individual agreements.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Delivery timelines are communicated after confirmation. Final invoices are issued both physically and digitally. Standard delivery window: two weeks, subject to logistics availability.

7. Warranty & Claims

Products are covered under applicable EU legislation. Valid claims are resolved by replacement or credit note. Cash refunds are excluded except where legally mandatory.

8. Returns

Returns for unsold stock are not accepted. Only defective items may be subject to claim.

9. Delays & Liability

Delivery dates are estimates only. Cavalliera International shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Sales Channels & Brand Protection

Sales via third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Zalando, etc.) are not permitted. Online sales are allowed only through the Buyer’s own webshop or physical retail. Brand assets must be used strictly in accordance with Cavalliera guidelines.

11. Confidentiality

All commercial documentation is strictly confidential. Disclosure without written consent is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Hungarian law, with mandatory EU provisions applied where applicable. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
